Court Sports - Interdisciplinary Research

The Court Sports Interdisciplinary Research Group conducts research to help improve performance and reduce injury risk for Court Sports. This includes; Sport for All (massive participation), Netball, Basketball (men’s and women’s) and Handball.

Aims:

  • Collate and disseminate research via journal articles, conference info, research reports, magazines
  • Collate research questions of interest to Court sport participants and support people
  • Prioritise and enable research to be conducted to answer questions for Court Sports
  • Collaborate across Court sport types (i.e. netball, basketball and handball) to share information
