AUT Millennium is home to two world-class Clinics that offer a range of services to athletes and the community. These services are on offer to all individuals, whether you're an athlete, a fitness enthusiast, or someone looking to improve your health.

The Sports Performance Clinics provide a range of services whether you're looking to rehabilitate from injury, improving your strength and power, honing your cardiovascular fitness, or acclimatising to exercising in heat.

The Human Potential Clinic bridges the gap between the medical community and fitness industry. This unique Clinic specialises in providing evidence-based, advanced exercise assessment and prescription for people living with a wide range of risk factors and medical conditions including high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer.

The services on offer at the Clinics are grounded in research, and underpinned by the principles of AUT's Sports Performance Research Institute New Zealand (SPRINZ) and the Human Potential Centre. The overall paradigm is that the athletes and clients seen at the Clinics can potentially be research subjects through various on-going studies. Thus, our research is facilitated through the services we provide, and the services are in turn improved through research.
